How to prepare:

  •   Put in the electric mixer a cup of liquid milk with milk and mix them.
  • Add a cup of flour with yeast and sugar and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and add salt, the remaining cups of flour, "two cups", and baking powder, and knead the dough well for a period of not less than ten minutes.

Pizza sauce ingredients:

How to prepare:

Chop the onion and stir in the oil, add the tomatoes with sweet or hot pepper to taste, cover the mixture slightly, until the ingredients are tender.
Add salt, black pepper, a pinch of sugar and a little ketchup or tomato paste, or you can mix the two together.
Leave the mixture to dry and not to use it because, as mentioned above, it is difficult to ripen the pizza in this case.
Leave the sauce until it cools and do not put it hot on the dough.
Spread the dough, after the sauce cools, spread it over the dough, add the other ingredients you want, and then put it in the preheated oven.

Tips:

  •  Flour: Sift the flour until the air enters the air between its atoms, and this is an important step for all types of pastries and even cake, because the presence of the flour in the bag leaves the air from it and when sifted before kneading it helps to inflate it.

  • Salt should be used as little as a pinch of salt on the dough and do not add to that because too much salt spoils the dough.

  • Neshabh: It is known that the neshabah is used to spread the dough, but this matter should be avoided during the making of pizza. You can divide it as you like.
  • Cheese Choose the finest pizza cheese to have a taste like that in restaurants and you can combine more than one type of cheese when preparing pizza.

  • Tomatoes: When the tomatoes are soft, they will contain many liquids that spoil the dough. For this, choose hard tomatoes so that they do not come down from liquids, making it difficult to ripen the pizza.

  • Oven: It is important that you install the shelf in the center of the oven and preheat it for a period of not less than a quarter of an hour before placing the pizza because low heat does not give you the desired result.
