Liver working methods

Liver with onions and colored pepper:

 The ingredients:

  1. Two medium onions, finely chopped.
  2. A bunch of cleaned liver, cut into small pieces.
  3. Three slices of colored sweet pepper, sliced.
  4. Half a cup of finely chopped parsley.
  5. Half a cup of finely chopped cilantro.
  6. 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
  7. Half a cup of vegetable oil or olive oil.
  8. Half a teaspoon of meat spices.
  9. Half a teaspoon of mixed spices.
  10. Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon (if desired).
  11.  Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
  12.  A teaspoon of sumac.
  13. Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  14. Carrots as desired.

How to prepare:

  1. We bring a large frying pan and put it on a quiet fire, then pour the oil in it and leave it until it warms, then add the chopped onions and chopped garlic and stir them together until the onions wither.
  2. Add slices of colored pepper to the onions, stir them together, and leave the mixture on fire until the slices of pepper wither.
  3. We add the liver to the mixture, stir it well, and leave it on the quiet fire until it ripens, and before it ripens a little bit, we add all kinds of spices, salt and black pepper, and we move them together, then we leave them a little over the fire, and then we add a little parsley and coriander, then we leave the liver on Quiet fire until fully cooked.
  4. Serve the liver in a serving dish, garnish with the parsley, and bring to the green salad or yogurt alongside it.
  5. Grilled Liver Tray Ingredients: 1 kilo of cleaned liver, cut into medium pieces.
  6. Onion, large onion, cut into wings.
  7. Finely chopped head of garlic.
  8. A piece of sweet pepper, sliced.
  9. A slice of hot pepper, sliced.
  10. A cup of lemon juice.
  11. Half a teaspoon of salt.
  12. Half a teaspoon of cumin.
  13. Half a teaspoon of paprika.
  14.  Half a teaspoon of mixed spices.
  15. A piece of coal.
  16. A cup of vegetable oil or olive oil.

 How to prepare:

Bring a deep bowl, mixing mixed spices, black pepper, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and lemon juice well, then add the pieces of liver and mix them together. We bring the cooking tray and half the liver in it and set it, and sprinkle onion slices, garlic, sweet pepper and hot pepper.
We cover the tray with aluminum foil, and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
When the liver is ripe, heat a piece of charcoal, put it in a cup of oil, put it in the tray and cover it for a quarter of an hour, then take out the charcoal and serve the liver in a serving dish.
