Steak steak:


 There are many ways to prepare steak, as it is considered one of the dishes that tops the list of favorite meals of a large number of people. And fish, and a variety of sauces are also prepared with steaks such as cream and mushroom sauce, bayarnese sauce, and pepper sauce. In this article, we chose to introduce the most popular steak ways.

 Steak with pepper sauce:


 The ingredients:


  1.  Ten grams of black pepper love.
  2. Five hundred grams of beef, sliced.
  3. A cup of cooking cream.
  4. Tablespoon of flour.
  5. Pepper, to taste.
  6. Salt, to taste.
  7. Two cups of water.
  8. Two tablespoons of ghee.


Method of preparation:


  • Put the water in a saucepan over the fire while adding black pepper to love.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over the heat until half the water has evaporated.
  • We then move to season the steak with pepper and salt, and then fried it in a spoonful of ghee.
  • We put the steaks in a plate after finishing, and add the remaining spoon of ghee with our flour.
  • Later, add the pepper mixture gradually with continuous mixing until we have a thick consistency.
  • Later, add the cream while continuing to stir until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  •  Bring the steak back to the pan and let it boil with the sauce for half a minute of time, then ready to serve.


Grilled steak:


 The ingredients:


  1. Five cloves of crushed garlic.
  2.  Kilogram of steak
  3. Two teaspoons of salt.
  4. Three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  5. Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  6. A teaspoon of hot pepper.


 Method of preparation:


  1. We mix salt, garlic, black pepper and hot pepper in a small bowl.
  2.  Grease the steak with the previous mixture, and put it in the refrigerator for several hours until the steak chops are absorbed.
  3. After the steak slices are well absorbed, we heat the grill, and then put the steak inside.
  4. Stir the slices of steak until it is tender on both sides, placing it in a serving dish where you can serve salad, and french fries with it.
  5. Vegetable Steak Ingredients three medium sized onions.
  6.  A kilogram of beef steak.
  7. Two medium potatoes.
  8. Four cloves of garlic.
  9. Two carrots.
  10.  A piece of zucchini.
  11.  Two teaspoons of black pepper.
  12. A bell pepper.

  14. Half a teaspoon of ginger.
  15. Salt to taste. Pinch of cinnamon.


 Method of preparation:


  • We wash the steak pieces well in the water, making holes in each piece with a knife, and leave them in the air until we prepare the marinade.
  • Later, we chop garlic and onion with turkey, adding spices and seasoning the steak pieces well with the mixture and placing a spoon of vinegar on them.
  • Cover the steak pieces with seasoning and put them in the refrigerator until the vegetables are prepared.
  • We prepare vegetables by cutting potatoes into cubes, zucchini and carrots into medium slices, then boil vegetables and drain when finished.
  • In the Tefal frying pan, put the juices of the steak marinade, then add the boiled vegetables with the marinade, stirring over low heat.
  • Put the vegetables aside when you're done, put the steak pieces in the pan until they are flat, and serve them with the vegetables.


Steak with lite puree potatoes:


 The ingredients:


  1. A cup of milk.
  2. Kilograms of mashed potatoes.
  3. Salt, to taste.
  4. White pepper to taste.
  5. Tablespoon of butter.
  6. Cinnamon sticks to taste.
  7. Black pepper to taste.
  8. A box of sliced ​​mushrooms.
  9. Kilograms of marinated steak (with vinegar, barbeque spices, mustard) for an hour.
  10. A box or cup of heavy cream (low-fat, 5% fat).
  11. Three tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of water.


Method of preparation:


  • Put the butter in a saucepan over the heat, adding the mashed potatoes directly over it.
  •  Pour the milk gradually, making sure to mix continuously.
  •  For the mixture, add the seasoning and leave the mixture over medium heat for five minutes.
  • We roast the marinated steak in another saucepan, from all sides. Add a liter of water with cinnamon sticks and salt.
  •  We close the pot and let the mixture boil over medium heat for half an hour.
  • Add the dissolved starch and mushrooms, stirring, and then leave the mixture for a period of two to five minutes until the mixture boils.
  • Later, add the cream, stirring, until all ingredients are mixed, then extinguish the fire when finished.
  • Serve steak and mushrooms alongside a mashed potato dish.
