 The ingredients:

  • Pinch of salt. Lemon juice.
  • Half a tablespoon of white pepper, to taste.

The ingredients:

  • Boil potatoes in a pot over the fire, and in another pot we boil the grains of eggs and leave them until they are tender.
  • We wash potatoes with cold water, then peel them and put them in a bowl and mash them well. We put the potatoes in the serving bowl, then sprinkle them with salt and curry, and put a little olive oil.
  • Cut the eggs into rings, garnish the plate and sprinkle them with salt, curry and olive oil.
