How to make a hamburger

 The burger is a popular delicacy in America, but its origin is the city of Hamburg in Germany, and the burger is a fast food, as well as its many components; it may consist of veal, chicken, or even fish, and is often served with the fingers of fried potatoes and a soft drink.
 Next, we will provide an easy and fast way to prepare homemade burger at a lower cost than buying it from abroad, along with the method of preparing crunchy potatoes and mayonnaise.

Home burger preparation:

The ingredients:

  1. Five hundred grams of minced meat.
  2.  Pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon of onion powder.
  4.  Spoon of cinnamon.
  5.  A quarter cup of soy sauce.
  6.  A quarter cup of rusk. an egg.
  7. Vegetable oil for frying.
  8.  Burger bread.
  9. mayonnaise. ketchup.
  10.  Tomato sliced.
  11.  Yellow cheese.
  12. Chopped onion.
  13. pickled.

How to prepare:

  • We put ground meat in a bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, onion powder, cinnamon and soy sauce to the meat.
  • Mix all ingredients until well mixed with the meat. Add the panko and the beaten egg to the meat mixture, and mix.
  • Place a non-stick frying pan on low heat for 2 minutes.
  •  We put the burgers in the pan for 3-5 minutes.
  • Grease the bread with mayonnaise, then put the burger tablets inside.
  •  Grease ketchup over burgers.
  • We put the tomato rings, onions, cheese and pickles on top of the burgers.

 Prepare the blown potatoes:

The ingredients:

  • One peel of sweet potato.
  • A cup of cold water.
  •  Tablespoon of baking powder.
  • How to prepare Peel the potato, then cut it into slices.
  •  Dissolve the baking powder in cold water, and stir.
  • Put the peeled potatoes in a bowl, then add the melted baking powder.
  • Soak the potatoes in the mixture for several minutes.
  • Put a cup and a half of oil in a skillet over medium heat. We put the potato slices in the skillet, then stir until golden.
  •  Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.

 Mayonnaise preparation:

The ingredients:

  •  Egg egg quarter of a tablespoon of salt.
  •  Two teaspoons of crushed garlic.
  • A quarter of a tablespoon of lemon.
  • A quarter of a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

How to prepare:

 Put the egg whites and salt in a bowl, then mix with an electric mixer. Add the crushed garlic and mix. Add lemon juice and mix, then add vegetable oil.
We continue to mix the mixture until smooth and thick.
