maintained for three weeks, and this bread is characterized by the fact that it can be stuffed with various types of food, vegetables and meat, and offers alongside many cold drinks and various salads. 

Prepare hamburger bread:


 The ingredients:


  1. Six cups of flour.
  2. Two cups of liquid milk.
  3.  A quarter cup of sugar.
  4. Four teaspoons of yeast.
  5.  Two teaspoons of salt.
  6. Melted butter finger.
  7. A quarter cup of warm water.


How to prepare:


Place the yeast, sugar, butter and milk in a bowl, mix well, add a quarter cup of lukewarm water, then stir well, and leave for five minutes.
Add to the previous mixture flour, salt, and knead together to create a soft dough.
Cut the dough into small balls, and drain them in the oven tray apart, as they will double.
Leave the dough until brewing. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, and place the tray in it for 12-15 minutes.

Hamburger bread with oil:


The ingredients:


  1. A quarter cup of corn oil.
  2. Four cups of flour.
  3. A teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of sugar.
  4. Two tablespoons of powdered milk.
  5.  A cup of warm water.
  6. Teaspoon of yeast.


How to prepare:


  •  A quarter cup of water is taken and placed in a bowl, and the yeast and sugar are dissolved in it.
  •  Cover for five minutes, then add to the rest of the ingredients, and knead well. Transfer the dough and place it on a table sprinkled with flour, knead again to create the ideal soft and flexible dough. Put the dough in a bowl, greased with oil, cover, and leave for an hour until brewing.
  •  After the hour has passed, they are kneaded again, and medium sized balls are made of them, and they are also covered and left for another hour to double in size.
  • Grease the oven tray with oil, and arrange dough balls, leaving enough distances between the ball and the other.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and place the tray in it for 15 minutes until we get the desired result.


 Hamburger bread with milk:


The ingredients


  1. Kilogram of flour.
  2. (Two fingers) 200 grams of butter (at room temperature).
  3. Two tablespoons of baking powder.
  4.  Tablespoon of olive oil. 1 tablespoon and half the instant yeast. Two cups of warm liquid milk. Two tablespoons of yogurt.
  5.  Scrambled egg yolk.
  6. Sesame and nigella.


How to prepare:


Put flour in a deep bowl, add all ingredients except milk, and mix all ingredients well with hands. Add warm milk to the mixture gradually and continue kneading until a coherent dough is obtained.
Cover the dough tightly for an hour, and after doubling the size of the dough, cut it into balls, and leave to rest for ten minutes, then describe the balls spaced in the frying tray and left for a quarter of an hour, then paint the balls with the egg yolk brush, then sprinkle with sesame and puddle, and after The tray is placed in a pre-ignited oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for 15 minutes, then the tray is removed from the oven and served.
