How to cook chicken breasts

Cooking chicken breasts:

Every day we need to eat three meals, and every day housewives are confused about how to choose the dish that will be served on the main meal, whether it be lunch or dinner, so we find them flipping through the pages of websites and cooking magazines looking for new, easy, and delicious recipes . Chicken breast is a good option, it can be used to prepare many different dishes such as: all stews, chicken shawarma, chicken fajita, chicken fattah, grilled chicken breast with vegetables, and many other delicious recipes, and in this article we will present a method of preparing chicken breast shawarma.


The ingredients:

  1. Four pieces of chicken breast pulled from the bone and skin.
  2. Four cloves of crushed garlic.
  3.  A quarter cup of vinegar. A quarter cup of olive oil.
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  5. A teaspoon of ground cardamom.
  6. Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  7. Two teaspoons of mixed spices.
  8. A teaspoon of black pepper.
  9. A large spoon of ghee.
  10. Two onions, sliced.
  11.  quarter cup of lemon juice.
  12.  Lemon, sliced.
  13. Mayonnaise tray ready.
  14. Tablespoon big ketchup.
  15. A teaspoon of chilli powder.

How to prepare:

  •  We wash the chicken breasts free of bone and skin well, and make cracks on the surface to infuse the marinade.
  •  Mix the amount of vinegar, lemon juice, mashed garlic, olive oil, cardamom, black pepper, mixed spices, ground cinnamon and garlic powder, then add the mixture to the chicken pieces and mix well.
  •  Add the onion slices to the chicken, and bring the chicken dish to the refrigerator to be soaked with seasoning for at least six hours.
  • We put the amount of ghee in a wide skillet and wait for it to completely melt, then remove the onion slices from the chicken breast pieces and start browning them over a low heat with the ghee until they take a distinctive golden color, and do not let them reach full maturity because they will complete their maturity in the oven.
  • Stir the chicken breast pieces with the obesity, then take it out and cut it into thin and equal slices, put it in the oven dish and add the rest of the obesity that we stirred in it.
  • Leave the chicken breast pieces in the oven for ten minutes until they are completely done cooked, and you get a crunchy and delicious texture.
  •  Cut Arabic bread to the desired size.
  • Mix the amount of mayonnaise with ketchup and a little chili powder as desired, then spread the Arabic bread with it, tighten the pieces of shawarma, slices of tomatoes, lemon, and serve.
